Software Updates – 05/28/2021

The final week of May is upon us, and here in the U.S. we celebrate Memorial Day with much anticipation as we kick off the summer season ahead. Thank you to all our Builderall members who have served on our common behalf. We are always glad to have you as members of our Builderall family and salute you!

If you missed Monday’s meeting, definitely watch the replay at the link below. This week we take a look at what some of our leaders are doing with the Builderall tools to build their own businesses.

Builderall Member Meeting – May 24, 2021

Leadership Team (0:51) – The Builderall Team is a lot larger than the Leadership Team you see in the meeting rooms each week! There is an army of help behind the scenes, so take the time to see some of the faces of those important players that make the magic of Builderall happen.

Even the faces of our Leadership Team may be different from week-to-week. That is because they are likely busy elsewhere DOING what leaders do. No one gets a paycheck for being on the Leadership Team. The leaders are invited to participate because they have been caught in the acts of leading consistently over time. Your Leadership Team is here in service of the entire community. This week we are grateful to have these leaders contributing:

  • Bridget Bartlett
  • Judy Gunn
  • Chris Chesar
  • Jean Jaquez
  • Cindy Branson
  • Tyree Thomas, Jr.
  • Jacky DeKlerk
  • Ryan Billy Tate
  • Salvatore Cadena
  • Sharon McLaughlin
  • Michael Kalisperas
  • Terri Stevenson
  • Bonnie Rogers
  • Keck Lynn
  • King George
  • Dominic Biggers

Build Your Business with Affiliate Partners (8:40) – The decision to build your business with Builderall means you have the opportunity to tap into the benefits of affiliate marketing.

Did you know that trends indicate that the affiliate market is expected to reach $8.2 BILLION in 2022?

With Builderall, you have multiple ways to tap into the affiliate marketing trends. Building a digital product around your brand to offer on the Builderall Marketplace is one way to add an extra income stream AND create a sales team to promote your product for you.

Leaders Show Examples of Marketplace Offers – Our leaders know the power of creating your own digital product with Builderall. If you are new to Builderall, or have yet to discover the power of Supercheckout, you may not know there are just 10 steps to getting YOUR brand offered in the Marketplace and earning for you. Check out a few products from some of our leaders and let it inspire you.

Bridget Bartlett (11:22) – Vision Marketing and Design is Bridget’s Digital Marketing Agency and her products are solution-based products that can help any local business build their business.

“Google My Business is a free resource. I created a lead magnet to give business owners – a Google My Business Guide – that walks them through the steps of verifying their Google My Business account and then how to optimize it, why it\’s important … The call to action in this template is to schedule a consultation.”

Jacky De Klerk (15:45) – When Jacky De Klerk found Builderall she applied her love of blogging and her cake decorating expertise to be the first to master using the Builderall Magazine Builder. The rest is Builderall history! The cake decorating courses are great resources to learn a skill you can monetize, and the Magazine Bootcamp is a must for digital marketers with a flair for design and publishing.

As a Builderall member you can sell other people\’s products listed on the Builderall Marketplace and can earn a commission.

Sharon McLaughlin (21:16) – There are lots of reasons to create your own digital product. Sharon has a full-time focus on her medical practice. Her motivation to offer a product on the marketplace is to offer science-backed information with mindset and motivation to help others change their lifestyle habits to lead a healthier and longer life.

Keck Lynn (26:13) – Keck’s digital product found in the Builderall Marketplace is an excellent example of using a particular skill and/or resource to create a specific product for a targeted niche. Keck developed an audio product to help someone that wants to pass the real estate licensing exam in Florida. Only 38% of those that take the test make a passing grade the first time. His solution-based product is niched-down to a very specific market and is sure to be a winner. You can earn commissions as an affiliate for promoting his product, and he is generously offering 50% payout on the $59 sale.

Shelly Turner (34:45) – Shelly did not go to university to earn the distinction of a super-affiliate marketer! Shelly began by creating products and posting them on several affiliate marketplace resources. She started with ONE product … then built another … and another … and another … and now she has hundreds of products with thousands of affiliates promoting them. Do the math. Just keep building, and check out her products to find some to promote yourself.

“Biggest Fan Pro is a Google Chrome extension, and it\’s ridiculously fun to use. It\’s just a little piece of programming that you add to your computer based on the Google Chrome browser, but what it allows you to do is go into Facebook Lives, and as you\’re watching the Facebook Live, you can actually make your presence known by setting it up to automatically give out the hearts or the thumbs up or the happy faces or you know whatever you want to do with it. So it\’s actually really cool. It\’s very inexpensive.”

NEW Marketplace Integrations (40:07) – Besides being able to create your own products and get an affiliate army to sell for you, Builderall also has integrations with other affiliate marketplaces.

Research and Explore Udemy for Inspiration (45:10) – You probably have heard of Udemy, and when you are looking for some inspiration for a course you would like to build, it is a great place to explore and do some research.

https://www.udemy.com/

Cookie Alert (48:41) – Sharon McLaughlin offers some good advice for exploring Udemy:

“Just a couple of things when it comes to you, to me, they (Udemy) have a good cookie on you so sometimes you\’ll get an OTO (one-time-offer) at $13.When you go back again it\’s at $80. So just be careful with that. If you see something you like, grab it for a low price.”

Where Is the Gap? (50:40) – Find a gap in what is being offered and fill the gap with your knowledge. When you find a need and provide a solution, you\’ll be shocked at the money that you can make … especially when you have an affiliate army to sell for you.

There\’s a third method that I will share with you, and that is that you can affiliatize ANY product and promote it on your own. It can be a physical product, or it can be an information product.
