The Builderall Team is excited to welcome all of our members and affiliates this mid-October week, and we are pleased to announce the return to the schedule we previously held for our weekly Affiliate Meeting and Member Meeting.

The change back to our previous schedule will allow more of our members to attend the LIVE meetings, and for those that cannot make a meeting, you can always catch the replays by following the links included in this blog update every week. Niche Marketing Facebook Groups – These groups are created to assist you in a specific niche, and you are welcome to join one or all of the groups. The groups are managed by the Mag 5 Team, and you can find daily LIVE training (Monday – Thursday) covering some training on using the Builderall tools in the Magnificent 5 Niches, with a LIVE Q & A on Fridays in each of the groups. Tuesday Night Training with Terri Stevenson: How to Get Super Checkout Information into Google Spreadsheets – Webhooks is a useful way to connect different parts of your workflow that do not communicate easily. We have done training on how to do that with Zapier, which can get expensive in some instances. We dive into a new Zapier replacement that already has a Builderall integration, called Pabbly.

Make Use of the Builderall Blogs – Builderall Blogs are an excellent resource for small businesses and marketers alike. Whether you\’re a blogger or a marketing consultant, you can find plenty of helpful information on this blog to improve your business. We cover all sorts of topics from social media tips to eCommerce strategies. For example, have you considered creating a referral program? If not, there are always other options that will also help boost your knowledge and expertise online!

QR Codes Magic for Builderall Bots – Wassili Birbilis is the chatbot expert on our Leadership Team, and he shares exciting news about a new feature in our Sitebot.

“We added the QR codes. If you want to. For example, you want to share your bot. Now it automatically generates a QR code. You can download it and print it on your flyers or your website, whatever you can attach it to – your phone – so it\’s automatically attached in the sidebar, but also the chat box itself.”

“Now one of the coolest things you can do with QR codes is, … on your YouTube channel in the bottom right-hand corner you have that little image that you can put there. You can put a QR code, and then we can get to wherever you want.” – Bridget

Where To Get QR Codes? – Just go to Google and search for create QR code and you\’ll see all kinds of neat ways to use them.

Loom for QR Codes – “When people ask me for my business, my web agency, and I talk to them, guess what, this is what I do. My name is a QR code card business card, and basically, all they do is they just go, I link it to all my profile (everything) contact information comes up with a QR code, you can use QR codes for everything.

Put One on Your Splash Page – Use your QR Code Profile Image as the lock screen and in that image have the QR code. All you do is turn it on your phone and you have it there with your QR codes, ready for whoever you want to share it with. That\’s a huge business strategy to be able to get the information out to your people.” – Sparta Chris

IMPORTANT UPDATES

BOOKING BUILDER

• Form and redirects: when opting for Booking\’s thank you page, it is possible to configure the text and the link of the button that appears on it.

• Subscribers: field to add internal notes to the schedule.

• Wizard: after completing the \”Scheduling\” step, the \”Finish\” button is displayed to complete the configuration wizard without having to go through the other steps.

• Customization: it is now possible to define a color for texts outside the card and another for texts inside the card.

• GDPR/LGPD: Data Export Confirmation

• Transfer your calendars to other Builderall users. (integrations with Supercheckout, Mailingboss, Social Proof, Google Calendar, and Zoom are not maintained when the calendar is transferred. Functionality not available for free users)

• Calendar sharing: it is now possible again for secretaries, hosts, assistants to create FREE accounts to manage a calendar\’s subscribers.

FIXED

• The schedule sharing modal was looped when it had been shared with deleted groups and has been remedied.
• Added treatment to the phone number for sending notifications by WhatsApp in country code +52 (Mexico) to correct an issue.
• Fixed sending messages via WhatsApp to numbers with country code +55 (Brazil) with the ninth digit.
• When downgrading to a plan with limited features, disables all calendars but the most recent one (because some plans only allow one active calendar).
• Fixed exception when deleting integration.
• If the user is not premium, this fix restores the deleted calendar as inactive.
• Restricts duplicate and transfer to premium users only.

SITEBOT

• Automatically generates a QR code while getting the flow embed code.

ELEARNING

• Changed the way the lesson icon is uploaded. Instead of cropping the image into a box, now we resize it to be contained in the box.

MOCKUP STUDIO

• Added lot of new mockups for chromakey

WEBINAR (beta streaming)

• It is now possible to upload a custom image to be applied over the video stream.
• Added timer synced for all room participants.
